研究目的:根据效率原则计算并比较现阶段中国三大经济区域产业用地利用比较优势。研究方法:从比较优势理论视角出发,构建不同产业用地比较优势指数模型,运用中国内陆地区31个省(市、区)2000—2004年的数据计算各个区域的产业用地利用比较优势,分析区域差异。研究结果:东部地区第一产业和第二、三产业用地效率均具有比较优势;中部地区第一产业用地效率具有比较优势;西部地区第二、三产业用地效率具有比较优势。研究结论:产业用地利用的比较优势可以为区域产业结构调整提供用地依据。
The purpose of this paper is to measure and compare the comparative superiority of industrial land use in three economic regions in China. From the comparative superiority theory, it constructed the comparative superiority index model of different industries based on comparative superiorities of industrial land calculated out according to the statistics of 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) from 2000 to 2004, and further contrasted regional differences. The results showed that the land use efficiencies of the primary, secondary and service industries all show comparative superiority in the east region of China while the efficiency of the primary industry has comparative superiority in the middle region, and the efficiency of the secondary and service industries have comparative superiorities in the west. It is concluded that the comparative superiorities of land use in three industries are benchmarks for regional industrial structure adjustment.
