近几年大学毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,大学生就业问题尤其是大学生就业竞争力成为热点讨论话题。大学生就业竞争力的提升,受到多种因素的影响。论文首先厘清了大学生就业竞争力与岗位胜任力模型的国内外研究现状,深入分析用人单位对大学生岗位胜任力模型的要求。在此基础上,提出从岗位胜任力模型的角度提出制定人才培养方案、制定职业生涯规划、加强职业素质教育、加强实践教育四个方面来提升大学生就业竞争力。
The employment situation of university graduates is getting increasingly severe. In recent years,university students' employment,especially their employment competence has become a hot social issue. The improvement of University Students' Competitiveness in employment is affected by many factors. This article tries to analyze university students' employment competence from the perspective of the post competency model. Having clarified the overseas and domestic research status in the field and analyzed employers' request for university students,this article will put forward four ways from the perspective of the post competency model,including making plans for training talents,developing career planning,strengthening the professional quality education and strengthening educational practice,to improve University Students' competitiveness in employment.
