综述了染料敏化太阳能电池(dye-sensitized solar cells,DSSC)结构和对电板作用以及近年来染料敏化太阳能电池对电极材料种类及研究进展.重点介绍了染料敏化太阳能电池碳对电极研究进展,包括碳材料性能,碳材料对电极制作工艺和各种性能参数,以及碳对电极与其他材料对电极相比优缺点.最后提出,由于碳对电极导电性能和催化性能良好,光电效率相对较高,且价格低廉,碳材料制备对电极具有广阔发展前景,已成为目前染料敏化太阳能电池重要研究方向.
The structure of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC), the function of counter electrode and the types and research progress about counter electrode of the current dye-sensitized solar cells are reviewed. The research progress of carbon counter electrode in dye-sensitized solar ceils is indicated in detail, inclu- ding the performance of carbon materials, the preparing processes and performance of carbon materials counter electrode, the advantages and the disadvantages are compared with other materials of counter elec- trodes. Furthermore, the counter electrode made by carbon materials has broad research and development prospects and has become, in present, one of major directions of research about future dye-sensitized solar cells results from the carbon materials with high electrical properties, good catalytic properties, relatively high photo-electron conversion efficiency and low price.
