中文摘要：

为了使我国综合原子时TA（JATC）的计算更加方便、快捷、准确，并避免人工处理数据问题的失误，通过对NTSC现用的原子时计算方法进行分析，以及对远程时间比对数据处理方法的深入研究，在ViSUBl Basic6．0语言环境下开发了TA（JATC）的计算软件。对国家授时中心2006年6月以来的数据进行了试算，结果表明该软件是可靠和正确的。

英文摘要：

In order to calculate TA （ JATC ） conveniently, fleetly, accurately and to avoid some errors from manual processing data, the software of TA （JATC） calculation has been developed in the Windows 2000 environment with Visual Basic 6.0 language based on the lucubration and analysis of the data process methods of remote clock time comparison and the algorithm that NTSC is using now. The data of NTSC since June, 2006 has been computed by this software. The results indicate that this software is reliable and correct.
