学习和创新是影响动态能力的重要因素,而动态能力又是企业在越来越复杂和动态的环境中建立和保持竞争优势的基础,但国内外学术界尚未对学习、创新以及动态能力之间的相互影响路径和作用机制进行实证研究。本文以我国华南地区271家企业为对象,对组织学习、知识创新以及动态能力之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明,知识创新对动态能力具有直接正向影响;组织学习则需要通过以知识创新作为完全中介变量,才能增强动态能力。本文的研究结果为中国企业如何运用组织学习、知识创新来增强动态能力和获得竞争优势提供了有益的借鉴。
Learning and innovation are important ways for enterprises to develop dynamic capability,and dynamic capability is a key factor for enterprises to acquire and maintain competitive advantage in dynamic environment.But there has been no empirical research on the relationship among organizational learning,knowledge innovation and dynamic capabilities.This paper explores the relationships among organizational learning,knowledge innovation and dynamic capability.Sample of this study includes 271 enterprises in South China.It is proved that knowledge innovation has a positive direct impact on dynamic capability;and organizational learning impacts dynamic capability indirectly by knowledge innovation.These conclusions will be helpful for Chinese enterprises to improve their dynamic capabilities and competitive advantage by organizational learning and knowledge innovation.
