通过5种不同偏高岭土掺量混凝土立方体、棱柱体和梁试件的抗压(单轴、轴心)、劈裂和抗折试验,以及电通量试验,研究了偏高岭土掺量对混凝土强度和抗氯离子渗透性的影响。结果表明:掺加偏高岭土后,可以有效提高混凝土的强度和显著改善抗氯离子渗透性,偏高岭土存在一个最优掺量,当掺量为15%时,混凝土的强度和抗氯离子渗透性最佳。
The effects of five different metakaolin volumetric contents on strength of high performance concrete are studied by the cubic compressive, axial compressive, split tensile and flexural tensile tests. It is shown that adding metakaolin can improve the strength of concrete, and significantly enhance the resistance to chloride ion strength and resistance to permeability; the optimum volume is metakaolin is 15% when,the concrete chloride ion permeability achieve the:best performance.
