Transporters are the proteins of transfer function in all organs of human and play important roles in drug absorption,distribution,metabolism and excretion.Nuclear receptors are intracellular ligand-activated transcription factors,activate the ligands affect metabolic enzymes and transporter expression and activity,which affects drug metabolism in the body.The article reviewed the research progress of a few important members of the transporters and nuclear receptors and the effect of drug metabolism.
