归纳总结了国内外混凝土拱坝温控的若干技术问题.提出了高拱坝施工期温控防裂时空动态控制措施,即通过优化水管冷却的过程控制、细化冷却分区、精细化仿真计算反馈分析、建立温控决策支持系统、强化预警预报机制等手段,实现对混凝土温度的时空动态控制.基于该措施,设计了一系列科学、合理的拱坝混凝土施工技术路线,并应用于大岗山双曲拱坝的建设中.实践表明,该研究成果对大岗山拱坝的温度控制及防裂具有显著的成效,给类似工程提供了借鉴和参考.
Some technical issues in the temperature control of concrete arch dams were summarized. A spatial- temporal dynamic control framework of temperature control and crack prevention in construction of high arch dams was proposed. In the framework, the temperature of mass concrete is controlled by several techniques, including optimization of the pipe cooling process, elaboration of the cooling partition, elaborated simulation and back analy- sis of the temperature, establishment of decision support system for temperature control, and reinforcement of effec- tive warning and forecast mechanism. Based on the proposed framework, a series of systematic and practical tech- nology roadmaps were designed for the construction of concrete arch dams. Successful application of those techniques in the construction of Dagangshan arch dam indicates that the proposed framework and technology roadmaps are of significant effectiveness in temperature control and crack prevention, and provide a good example and reference for similar 1oroiects.
