同位素稀释质谱法是目前公认的可准确测量小分子化合物的分析原理。该法精密、准确,具有高度的特异性,适于测定甾体激素这一类浓度极低、干扰多的项目。目前国内外发表的相关参考方法都是基于这一分析原理。本文就同位素稀释质谱法在甾体激素测定中的应用进行了归纳和分析。
Isotope dilution mass spectrometry is a reliable principle for small molecule analyte measurements. It is a precise, accurate method with very high specificity, which is very suitable for low- concentration steroid hormones tests. The published reference methods are all based on this principle so far. In this paper, the applications of isotope dilution mass spectrometry in the determination of steroid hormones were reviewed.
