在2009年对安徽省、河南省的2216名青少年与2010年对安徽省、河南省、湖北省的1936名青少年的科学素质发展与企业家精神培养现状的调查,2009-2010年对安徽、北京、上海、江苏、广东、河南、湖北、海南等省(市)的438名教育者的调查,以及2010年对安徽、北京、上海、广东、江苏、浙江、山东等省(市)的91名科技工作者、41名科技型中小企业家、34名教育科技人事管理部门领导、98名家长、131名研究生、869名大学生的调查基础上,分析了青少年的科学素质发展与企业家精神培养的关联性、客观性、现实性、必要性、必然性、可能性、可行性,为解决基本认识问题,有效引导青少年的健康成长提供实证依据.
On the bases of the 2009 survey of 2216 youth and children in Anhui and Henan, the survey of current situation of 1936 youth and children's scientific quality development and entrepreneurship cultivation in Anhui, Henan and Hubei, a consecutive two years (2009- 2010) survey of 438 educators in Anhui, Beijing,Shanghai, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Henan, Hubei, Hainan and other provinces (cities) and the 2010 survey of 91 technological workers, 41 technological medium and small-sized entrepreneurs, 34 leaders in educational, scientific and technological, personnel administration departments, 98 parents, 131 postgraduates, 869 collegeand university students in Anhui, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and other provinces (cities), the paper analyzes the correlation, objectivity, reality, necessity, certainty, possibility and feasibility between youth and children's scientific quality development and entrepreneurship cultivation and provides the empirical basis for ~lving the basic cognitive issue and effectively guiding their healthy development.
