基于1994—2012年的经验数据,运用面板引力模型评价上海合作组织促进中国对俄罗斯及中亚国家出口的影响。结果显示：缔结上海合作组织对中国和俄罗斯及中亚国家出口产生显著正向影响,弹性为0.548。但中国与俄罗斯及中亚国家的贸易规模仍旧不是很大。文章就进一步推进上海合作组织在经济合作中的作用提出相对应的政策建议。
英文摘要：
Based on the 1999-2012 data,this paper assessed the SCO effect on China＇s exports to Russia and Central Asian countries by using the Panel Gravity Model.The results showed that the establishment of SCO has produced a significant positive impact on the export of China to Russia and the Central Asian countries,its value being 1.548.However,the trade scale is still not large enough.This paper put forward recommendations on further promoting regional economic cooperation for Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states.
