对麦草碱法制浆黑液中三种主要有机组分碱木质素、聚糖和木质素一碳水化合物复合体(LCC)的热解产物特性进行了研究,探讨了三种有机组分对黑液热解产物的影响规律。结果显示,黑液低温热解产生的CO来自于聚糖组分;碱木质素和LCC组分是黑液热解焦油中酚类化合物的主要来源,而热解焦油中呋喃类化合物主要是由聚糖组分热解产生的;碱木质素、聚糖和LCC半焦水蒸气气化过程中固体转化率随半焦形成温度的升高而减小。
The products properties of the three major organic components of wheat straw alkali black liquor including alkali lignin, polysaccharides and lignin-carbohydrate complex (LCC) were studied, and tile effect of the three organic components on the pyrolysis products of black liquor were analyzed. The experimental results shows that the CO formation of black liquor is mainly attributed to the thermal decomposition of polysaccharides during the low temperature pyrolysis stage; phenols products of black liquor pyrolysis tar are mainly released from the depolymerization of alkali lignin and LCC, while furfurans products are generated from polysaccharides pyrolysis. The steam gasification conversion yields of the three organic components pyrolysis chars decrease with the char forming temperature increasing.
