目的引入一种新方法对尿液中的结核分枝杆菌进行检测。方法留取患者24h尿液标本,离心,收集沉淀,并从中提取DNA,用晶芯分枝杆菌菌种鉴定试剂盒对样本DNA进行检测。结果5例尿液中的结核分枝杆菌可以被基因芯片检测出,用以辅助抗痨治疗。结论用基因芯片方法对尿液中的结核分枝杆菌进行快速检测是可行的。
OBJECTIVE To introduce a new approach to detect Mycobacterium tuberculosis in the urine. METHODS The urine specimens within 24h were collected from the patients and then were centrifuged to get the pellets. Then the DNA of the pellets was extracted and detected by CapitalBio mycobacteria identification array kit. RESULTS M. tuberculosis in the 5 urine samples could be detected by the gene chip technique, the detection result could provide guidance for appropriate treatment. CONCLUSION It is feasible and reliabie to rapidly detect M. tubercu- losis in urine by the gene chip technique.
