对国内某直线电动机地铁无缝线路钢轨焊接接头不平顺进行大量测试,并进行统计分析,发现焊接接头不平顺形式主要表现为单谐波形、叠合形和马鞍形和多谐波形。建立一种直线电动机地铁车辆-板式轨道耦合动力学模型,以确定性焊接不平顺作为轮轨激扰输入。基于仿真计算,详细调查分析了单谐波形、多谐波形、叠合形和马鞍形焊接接头不平顺波长和波深对轮轨动力响应的影响,并提出了不同类型焊接接头不平顺的安全限值和打磨界限。研究结果表明:焊接接头不平顺的短波长和较大短波波深会恶化轮轨相互动力作用。该研究结果可为直线电动机地铁线路焊接区不平顺的养护维修管理提供参考。
A detailed investigation of rail weld irregularity through extensive measurement is conducted at field sites on LIM metro lines. The measurement results show that the rail weld irregularities have four typical forms, i.e., single harmonic form, multiple-harmonic form, overlapping shape and saddle shape. In order to investigate the influence of rail weld irregularities on vehicle-track dynamic performance, a simulation model for an LIM vehicle coupled with the slab track is developed. The deterministic irregularities are as the input of the excitation of wheel-rail interface. The dynamic response of the wheel-rail is analyzed, and the safety limits of the different types of rail weld irregularity are given based on the dynamic simulation. The simulation results show that the wavelength and depth of short wave rail weld irregularity have great effects on wheel-rail interaction. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the maintenance management of rail weld irregularities on LIM metro line.
