为探讨灰树花的分子系统关系,通过PCR扩增获得灰树花(Grifola frondosa)18S rDNA、ITS rDNA序列,构建系统发育树,分析灰树花属级的亲缘关系,以及不同地域灰树花菌的种内遗传多样性。结果表明,灰树花起源于多孔菌科,ITS rDNA构建的系统发育树可以把来自亚洲和美国的菌株区分开,说明灰树花的地理距离和遗传距离存在一定的相关性,且灰树花可能为复合种群。
The molecular phylogenetic relationships of Grifolafrondosa were analysed by phylogenetic trees which were obtained by 18S rDNA and ITS rDNA sequences amplificated using PCR. The results suggested that G. frondosa originated from Polyporaceae, and the phylogenetic tree based on ITS rDNA could isolate the strains form Asia and the United States. G. frondosa may be composite groups, and there is a certain correlation between the geographical distance and genetic distance.
