通过高温显微镜(HTM)、XRD、熟料化学分析和岩相分析等测试手段和分析方法,探讨了高硫煤对硅酸盐水泥熟料烧成及熟料显微结构的影响。结果表明,煤中硫可降低熟料液相出现温度,但过高的硫使生料在较高温下(≥1 300℃)的易烧性变差,不利于C3S矿物形成,最终使熟料中A矿数量减少而B矿增加;硫的存在虽阻碍了C3S形成,但又在一定程度上促进了A矿、B矿晶体的发育,使晶体尺寸增大。
The effect of high-sulfur coal combustion on mineral formation and petrography structure of cement clinker are researched by high temperature microscope(HTM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),petrography structure analysis and chemical analysis.The results show that the sulfur in coal can reduce the formation temperature of clinker liquid,but it has adverse effects on burnability of raw meal at higher temperature(≥1 300 ℃) and prevents the formation of C3S.On the other hand,the existence of sulfur promotes the growth of Alite and Belite,and improves the crystal form and size of minerals.
