表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)技术以其独特的性质和优势,已在生物医学、分子识别、痕量检测、材料研究等众多领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。制备出成本低廉、性能优良的SERS基底是推动SERS技术进一步发展,实现SERS技术更加广泛应用于各个领域的关键之一。本文综述了SERS基底的基本制备方法,总结了基于"热点"结构的一维、二维和三维基底构建策略,并对未来SERS基底的研究动向进行了展望。
Surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)is one of the most powerful analytical techniques and has been widely used in biomedicine,molecular recognition,trace analysis and materials research.Fabrication of low-cost and high-performance SERS substrates is the one of keys to promote the further developments of SERS techniques,as well as to apply this techniques to the broader analysis domains.In this paper,we presented the basic preparation methods of SERS substrates.And also,we summarized one,two and three-dimensional fabrication strategies of SERS substrates based on"hot spot"structures,and the prospects of SERS substrates development were outlined in the last part of this article.
