Based on technology standardization strategy, multinational innovation ecosystem for high-tech enterprise becoming a system with knowledge differential, coexistence and co-evolution innovation system based on modules. Its formation is the process of some high-tech enterprises participating cooperative R&D, intellectual property authorization and technology standard cooperation. In the ecosystem, enterprises, creative groups, innovation community, innovation web/chalns, and innovation environment will all have similar characteristics and follow similar laws of those biology, species, community, food chains and natural environment in a nature ecology system. Compared with other ecological organization, the multinational innovation ecosystem has the characteristics of high virtual cluster, multinational innovation and inevitable cooperation coexistence.
