目前运动员选材过程通常是在运动员发展的不成熟和不稳定时期,基于离散成绩的变量,很少考虑才能的发展因素,测量一维的遗传指标进行预测,结果导致选材的成功率不高成才率较低。对此,通过文献综述法,并借用非线性动力学的观点从宏观视角对上述问题进行分析和反思,提出提高选材成才率需强调运动员选材与才能发展相结合的观点。为了进一步说明和解决这些问题,我们重构一个动态、多维的运动员选材和才能发展相结合的模型,旨在运动员选材和才能发展乘性结合的过程中使二者更好的权衡和互惠。
Nowadays athlete selection usually happens in the amateur and unstable period of chosen,based on disperse score variable and one dimensional genetic index,which caused not high output. From a macro perspective,this paper used nonlinear dynamics ideas to analyze and reflect this problem by the method of literature review and put forward the solution that athlete selection should be combined with talent development. For further explaining and solving this problem,we reconstructed a dynamic and multi-dimensional model including talent development for athlete selection. We hope this will help to balance and benefit athlete selection and talent development.
