采用溶胶-凝胶法并结合热处理工艺制备掺铝锰酸锂粉体,利用热重-差热分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜等方法对前驱体的热分解行为、粉体的结构及形貌进行表征。结果表明:直接以聚丙烯酸(PAA)为螯合剂合成了稳定的溶胶和凝胶,经750℃热处理后获得了粒径分布均匀、无团聚的尖晶石LiAlxMn2-xO4纳米粉体。随热处理温度升高,LiAlxMn2-x纳米粉体的晶粒尺寸不断增大,尖晶石型结构愈趋完整。掺杂少量铝并没有改变锰酸锂的尖晶石结构,但明显增强了结构稳定性,有助于改善电化学性能。
Spinel LiAlxMn2-xO4 powders were prepared by sol-gel combined with thermal treatment process. The thermal decomposition behavior of gel precursor, structure and morphology of LiAlxMn2-xO4 powders were characterized by thermogravimetric / differential scanning calorimetry (TG-DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the stable sol and gel is synthesized using directly polymer polyacrylic acid (PAA) as the chelator and the spinel LiAlxMn2-xO4 nano-powders with uniform distribution of particle size and no distinct aggregation are further obtained after 750℃ heat treatment. With the increase of heat treatment temperature the powders possess larger particles, higher crystallinity and more integrative structure. Doping few Al in LiMn2O4 does not change its spine structure, but its structure stability is obviously enhanced which contributes to improve the electrochemical properties.
