研究了粘土酸浸取液中铁的去除方法,试验了亚铁氰化钾法和控制pH法对粘土浸取液的除铁效果。测定了粘土酸浸取液中铁铝的含量,确定了以碳酸氯钠调节溶液pH使铁形成氧氧化铁非品型沉淀的除铁方法。实验表明:控制溶液pH为3.0,反应温度90℃,保温时间20分钟。粘土浸取液中铁的含量可降至0.8克/升,完全满足冰晶石生产工艺中铁含最小于2.3克/升的指标要求。
The work focus on the iron removal from the clay acid lixivium, and the influence both of K4Fe (CN)6 method and pH controlling on the ions content has been investigated. The iron and aluminum contents of clay acid lixivium were determined, a new iron removal technique has been founded for which through adding NaHCO3 adjusts solution pH fomling non-crystal Fe(OH)3 deposit. Experiment demonstrate that pH = 3.0, reaction temperature 90 ℃ and time maintaining 20 min decrease the iron content of the clay acid lixivium to 0.8 g/L, which is much lower than the criterion 2.3 g/L for the requirement of cryolite industrial production.
