In the manufacturing industry cluster, knowledge service patterns can be divided into government dominant, industry associa- tion dominant and the leading comPanY dominant. Based on the principles of matching, reliability, dynamic and systematic, and using ex- pert rating method, the weight of each subject in the knowledge service model is determined. Then, based on the fuzzy mathematics meth- od, the service quality of each knowledge service model is calculated and evaluated. Through comparing the quality of different knowledge service model, a suitable knowledge service model for the industry cluster is selected.
