研制了一种适用于装订、折页、配页环节中使用的页面质量检测系统.该系统把标准制式摄像头外置,采用高速数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP)采集和处理图像,硬件集成了同步动态随机存储器(synchronous dynamic random access memory,SDRAM)、闪存存储器(Flash memory)、串口通信、视频解码和外部信号服务电路,可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device,CPLD)作为电路系统的逻辑控制部分.页面质量检测算法采用灰度相关法和灰度平均法相互配合处理图像,改善系统检测速度和检测适用范围.实验结果表明,该页面质量检测系统的平均检测准确率高于99%.

英文摘要:

In this paper, a test system of book quality is designed for book binding machines, folder machines and book leaf-gathering machines. And this system with an external camera of NTSC or PAL standard uses digital signal microcomputer processor of high speed to gather and process images. Synchronous dynamic random access memory circuits, Flash memory, RS232 serial communication circuits, video decoding and external signal serving circuits are developed for this test system of book quality, and CPLD chip is a controlling unit of this system. Algorithms of gray correlation and gray average are also derived to obtaining image information for this test system of book quality, and these methods make the system running fast and recognizing more categories of books. Experiments show that precision of this test system of book quality is about 99%
