This article advances the index system for the vendors to select the downstream firms in the environment of VMI. By using GAHP to organize the decision-making experience of several experts, vendors can decide the relative importance of each evaluative index. And then, vendors would compare the downstream firms according to the referential orders of the fixed quality, and quantity which are decided by Grey Relative Degree Analysis Method. Finally, they arrange the firms from good to bad and make their choices.
