可靠性数据是整个可靠性工程的基础和保障,同时也是可靠性管理体系建立和运行的重点。如何利用先进的数字化手段对可靠性数据进行有效地采集、处理与管理是当前国内企业急需解决的可靠性管理难题。本文首先详细阐述了可靠性数据的分类,然后详细介绍了可靠性数据采集与分析的方法和流程,接着具体分析了可靠性数据管理应遵循的原则和程序,最后以国内某机床企业为例,介绍了可靠性数据库的构建过程和内容,为国内企业如何进行可靠性数据管理提供了一套可行的方法。
英文摘要：
Reliability data is the basis of the whole reliability engineering, which is also the focus of reliability management system establishment and application. It is an urgent reliability management problem need to be solved for Chinese enterprises currently that how to manage the reliability data effectively by using advanced digital tools. Therefore, in this paper firstly the classification of reliability data is expounded in detail;secondly the methods and processes of reliability data collection and analysis are introduced clearly, thirdly the reliability data management principles and procedures are analyzed concretely; and finally the reliability database is built on taking a Chinese machine tool company for example, which provides some feasible methods for Chinese enterprises on how to carry out reliability data management.
