阐述了选择性激光烧结(Selectivelasersintering,SLS)技术的工作原理、工艺特点及在制备生物医用材料方面的研究进展和应用现状,并探讨了今后SLS术制备医用材料的发展方向。指出采用SLS技术可快速制造医用模型、个体化设计和生产植入体及组织工程支架,并可通过调整SLS和后处理的工艺参数,实现对生物医用材料的微观组织结构及力学性能的控制,在生物医学领域具有重要的应用价值。
Based on the fabrication principle and characteristics of selective laser sintering (SLS) technique, the current research progress, application, and the further research direction of the technique on preparing biomedical materials are reviewed. Moreover, it is proposed that the rapid manufacturing of medical mould, individually designing and producing of implant and tissue engineering scaffold can he achieved using SI.S technique. In addition, the micro structure and mechanical properties can be controlled by adjusting the processing parameters of SLS and post-treat- ment, which has a significant application value in the biomedical field.
