介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的交流接触器动态特性测试系统的软、硬件结构,功能、特点以及测试效果。该系统采用激光位移传感器来获得铁芯和动触头支架位移,应用压电薄膜压力传感器进行触头接触压力的动态测试。该测试系统不但能对交流接触器进行全面的动态特性测试,系统还增加了触头接触压力动态测试功能,以往的交流接触器动态特性测试系统是没有这个功能的。应用该测试系统在实验室对CJ20-25型交流接触器进行了全面的动态特性测试,并获得大量数据用于深入分析。结果表明,该测试方法能够清晰、准确地获得交流接触器各项的动态信号,为进一步完善电器现代设计理论与应用奠定了一定的基础。
The basic software and hardware structures, function and features of an AC contactor dynamic characteristics testing system. This system uses a laser displacement sensor to measure the core displacement were introduced PVDF contact pressure sensors was used to measure the dynamic contacts contact pressure. Previous AC contactor dynamic characteristics test system does not has this function. Using this ststem, a distinct dynamic behavior of contact pressure was got from a dynamic testing of contact pressure on CJ20-25. The dynamic signal of core displacement, contacts contact pressure, coil excitation voltage and exciting current and contact bounce can be obtained with the system, which lays a foundation to further perfection of modern design theory and application of electrical equipment.
