纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)的团聚和分散是制备水基型纳米TiO2防腐剂的关键问题。采用光度分析法、XRD分析技术、扫描电镜和FTIR分析技术分别研究了钛酸酯NDZ-105、六偏磷酸钠对TiO2的分散性能的影响,改性前后TiO2晶型变化及改性TiO2在木材中的分布与界面特征。结果表明:纳米TiO2悬浮液的分散性随两种分散剂的添加量增加而呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当钛酸酯NDZ-105为5%、六偏磷酸钠添加量为3%-5%时可得到分散性能稳定的纳米TiO2防腐剂;分散改性后的纳米TiO2,保持了锐钛矿的晶体衍射特征;改性后TiO2粒子成功进入木材内部,呈颗粒状或球状,TiO2与木材纤维素发生氢键结合和共价键结合,3-碘-2-丙炔基丁基氨基甲酸丁酯(IPBC)仅与木材纤维素发生氢键结合。
The key problems of preparing water-based nano TiO2 wood preservatives are the particle' s agglomeration and dispersion. The influences of adding titanate NDZ-105 and sodium hexamet aphosphate on transmittance, effects of dispersion modification on crystal type, distribution and interface characteristics of modified TiO2 in wood were studied by photometric, XRD, SEM and FTIRanalysis, respectively. The results show that the dispersion of nano TiO2 suspension firstly increased, then decreased as the amount of the two kinds of dispersed agent increased, when addition amount oftitanate NDZ-105, six partial sodium were separately 5% and 3% - 5%, the nano TiO2 wood preservatives were obtained that their dispersive property were stabilized. After dispersion modification,the TiOz maintained the crystal diffraction characteristics of anatase; the nano TiO2 distributed in wood successfully, showing a granule or ball-shaped, and the hydrogen bond and covalent bond were combined between wood and nano-TiOz, but only hydrogen bond was combined between wood cellulose and IPBC.
