利用溶胶一凝胶法制备了L10相FePt纳米颗粒和FePtAg纳米颗粒,并利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等测试手段对样品进行了结构和磁性表征.XRD分析表明,700℃所制备的FePt和FePtAg纳米颗粒均为面心四方(FCT)结构,且掺杂Ag后可以看见明显的Ag峰.TEM测试显示制得的FePt颗粒形状为类球形,晶粒尺寸约为18nm.磁性测试结果表明,掺杂Ag后样品的矫顽力由6950Oe提高到9350Oe.
In this letter, we fabricated L1o FePt and FePtAg nanoparticles by sol-gel method. Structure and magnetic properties of the samples were characterized by x-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results of XRD indicated, the prepared FePt and FePtAg nanoparticles annealed at 700 ℃ were faced centered tetragonal (FCT) structure. When the sample was doped with Ag, the diffraction peak of Ag was present. TEM results showed that the FePt nanoparticles were spherical. The particle size of FePt nanoparticles was about 18 nm. VSM results indicated that the coercivity increased from 6950 to 9350 Oe after Ag doping.
