经济增长效率提高的根本途径在于技术进步,表现为投入产出率以及经济增长集约化水平的提高。技术引进是技术进步的重要路径,不同技术进步路径对经济增长效率的作用存在较大差异。基于我国2000-2013年30个省级地区的面板数据,采用系统广义矩估计法(GMM)实证检验了进口、外商直接投资和购买国外技术等三种技术引进方式对我国经济增长效率的影响。结果表明,进口的技术溢出和外商直接投资的技术溢出显著阻碍了经济增长效率的提升,购买国外技术则显著促进了经济增长效率的提升。
The fundamental way to improve the efficiency of economic growth lies in technological progress, which is manifested in the rate of input-output and the increase of the intensive level of economic growth. Technology import is an important path of technological progress, and the effect of different technological progress path on economic growth efficiency is quite different. Based on the panel data of 30 provincial regions in China from 2000 to 2013, this paper employs the GMM method to empirically test the impact of three kinds of technology import methods, i.e., import, foreign direct investment and purchasing foreign technology, on China's economic growth efficiency. The results show that technological spillovers from imports and FDI would significantly impede the improvement of economic growth efficiency, while purchasing foreign technology can significantly promote the efficiency of economic growth.
