报道了三氟甲磺酸镓（Ga（OTf）3）催化的邻氨基苯硫酚和查尔酮的分子间加成成环反应。研究表明,当查尔酮中与羰基相连的苯基的2-位连有羟基时可以高产率地生成具有广泛生理活性的1,5-苯并硫氮杂卓衍生物,产物结构经核磁、质谱得到确证。

英文摘要：

The reaction of o-aminothiophenol and chalcone derivatives catalyzed by gallium triflate was studied.The results show that 2-hydroxychalcones yield 1,5-benzothiazepines productively.The structures of products were characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HRMS spectra.
