先通过单因素试验,研究了光亮剂(2-巯基苯并咪唑、二氧化硒)和表面活性剂(十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙二醇10000)对无氰镀铜层光泽度的影响。确定的基础镀液组成和工艺条件为:硫酸铜50g/L,丁二酰亚胺90g/L,三乙醇胺40g/L,柠檬酸20g/L,氢氧化钾60g/L,pH值9.0~9.5,温度20-30℃,电流密度2A/dm2,时间5min。再通过正交试验,得到较优的复合添加剂配方为:2-巯基苯并咪唑1.5mg/L,聚乙二醇10000 40mg/L。加入复合添加剂后,镀液的稳定性提高,电流效率、分散能力和覆盖能力分别为82.4%、75,0%和100.0%;镀层表面平整,结晶细致,结合力强,沿(111)晶面的取向更为明显。
Effects of brightener, like 2-mercapto benzimidazole and selenium dioxide, and surfactant, like sodium lauryl benzenesulfate and polyethylene glycol 10000, on the glossiness of cyanide-free copper coating were studied through single-factor experiment. The composition of basic bath and process conditions were determined as follows: copper sulphate 50 g/L, succinimide 90 g/L, triethanolamine 40 g/L, citric acid 20 g/L, potassium hydroxide 60 g/L, pH value 9.0-9.5, temperature 20-30℃, current density 2 A/dm2, time 5 mir.. Moreover, the optimal formula of compound additives determined through orthogonal experiment was as follows: 2-mercapto benzimidazole 1. 5 mg/L, polyethylene glycol 10000 40 mg/L. Adding compound additives to the bath, the stability of bath was improved, and the current efficiency, throwing power and covering power were 82.4%, 75.0% and 100.0%, respectively. The coating featuring smooth surface and compact crystalline, the bonding force was high, and the preferred orientation of (111) crystal plane was more obvious.
