针对基于泛函的涡旋式滤油机真空泵通用涡旋型线的内外壁型线进行了研究,为拓展通用涡旋型线生成方法,研究了圆族包络法生成等距曲线的理论方法,利用圆族包络原理推导了平面曲线生成等距曲线的基本公式。以基于泛函的通用涡旋型线的内外壁涡旋型线生成为例进行了分析,以涡线型线上的点为圆心,以参数h为半径画圆,在固定平面内构成圆族,该圆族两侧的包络线即为涡旋型线的两条等距曲线。给出的生成示例验证了圆族包络原理在通用涡旋型线生成中的有效性。
For developing new creating ways of scroll profiles for scroll vacuum pump of oil filter,a theoretical method of creating equidistant curves was studied.And the abroad applications of this method were analyzed.Using the circle cluster envelope principle,the fundamental formulas of equidistant curve created by plane curve were deduced.Taking the points of the scroll profile as the centre of a circle,and taking parameter h as the radius,circles were made and used to construct the circle cluster in the fixed plane.The envelope curve of both sides of the envelope curves were just the two equidistant curves of the scroll profiles.And the correctness and practicability of the method of creating equidistant curves formulas were validated.
