为提高LiFePO4的充放电性能,用化学沉淀法制备了金属离子和蔗糖碳复合改性的磷酸铁锂,具有很好的大电流性能,主要原因是金属离子体掺杂和表面包覆导电碳黑提高材料自身的导电能力和电极中颗粒间的导电能力。其中Li0.98Ti0.02FePO4/C在320mA/g(约2C)的比容量〉126mAh/g,充放电循环20次后放电比容量仍保持在96%以上。
In order to improve the electrochemical performance of LiFePO4,the chemical co-precipitation method was used to synthesize LiFePO4 doped by metal ion and coated by carbon.The modified lithium iron phosphate has better performance,because doped metal ion and coated carbon can increase electrical conductivity of LiFePO4 and that between LiFePO4 particles.The reversible capacity of Li0.98Ti0.02FePO4/C is 126mAh/g at 320mA/g current,and their capacity retention is also above 96% after 20th cycles.
