目的建立稳定的大鼠离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型。方法采用门静脉、肝后下腔静脉单线连续缝合法、胆管支架重建法及无损伤切肝法等技术,建立SD大鼠的离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型。结果大鼠无肝期(20.14±1.53)min。60例SD大鼠术后成活率91.7%,1周以上存活率80%。结论大鼠离体肝切除联合自体肝移植模型,成活率高,重复性好,可作为离体肝切除联合自体肝移植有关实验研究的可靠、稳定的动物模型。
Objective To establish a stable rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation.Methods The rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation was established by continuous suturing for the hepatic vena cava and portal vein anastomosis,bile duct reconstruction using stents,and liver resection without damage.Results The anhepatic time was(20.14±1.53)min.The survival rate was 91.7% after operation,and one week survival rate was 80%.Conclusion The rat model of extracorporeal liver resection and partial liver autotransplantation can be used as a reliable and stable experimental model with the high survival rate and repeatability.
