本文以日本外务省的移民统计数据为基础,对1990年代以来日本海外移民在世界和中国的分布及其结构变化情况进行了分析。探讨了日本移民的数量变化、人口结构、迁移类型、迁移方式、地区分布及其变化趋势,并考察了其在中国的分布及构成特点。日本移民主要流向北美、亚洲太平洋地区,尤以洛杉矶、纽约、上海、曼谷等城市分布最为集中。在中国的日本移民近年增长迅速,主要分布在上海、北京、香港、广州、深圳等大城市,并以男性移民为主。本文分析了这些日本移民的分布动向,并对今后中国大城市的移民问题进行了讨论。
With the development of globalization,transnational migration has become a main stream for the economic,social and cultural exchanges between countries. In addition to the flows of migration from developing countries to developed ones,growing number of residents in developed countries have begun to move into some developing countries. Japanese as a more active group of migrants,have had a great impact on economy,society and culture of countries of immigration. So it is of great significance to study the dynamic trends of Japanese migration. However,the lack of subjective understanding and migrant statistics,combining with the language barrier,shortage of relevant researches and methods,has resulted in an absence of time-span dynamic study on Japanese migration. Based on the statistical data from Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1992 to 2007,this paper focuses on the characteristics of overall population change,demographic composition,migration types and modes through an empirical study,gives an analysis for the trends of Japanese migration in the world and China. Japanese migrants mainly live in Asia,America,Western Europe ana Oceania. The mainstream of its increment is from Europe and the United States to Asia Pacific region. The migrant occupational structure shows that the biggest group is enterprise staffs and the second one is students,researchers and so on. At the same time,there is slightly more female migration than male,and most of the migration gathers in the large cities in North America,Western Europe and Asia,which reflects the migrant agglomeration effect. In China,Japanese migrants takes nearly a half of the total population in Asia. It mainly consists of male migrants,who work in some transnational companies and the majority is "single migrants",moving to a foreign country without accompany with family members. They live in Hong Kong,Shanghai,Beijing and other large cities,and more and more people begin to move to some peripheral cities. Dispersed in different regions,Japanese
