将纳米ATO和纳米凹土粒子与PTT切片进行共混纺丝,制备具有阻燃、抗菌功能的PTT短纤,介绍了其纺丝工艺。将所开发的PTT短纤与芳砜纶进行混纺,并对成纱性能进行测试,成功开发了具有阻燃、抗菌功能的特种纱线,可较好地拓展防护面料的功能性并改善其服用性。
PTT staple fiber of flame retardant and antibacterial function is developed by blending nano ATO, nano attapulgite particles and PTT chips with its spinning processes detailed. Special yam of flame retardant and antibacterial function is thus developed successfully by blending PTT fiber and polysulfone fiber. The characters of the formed is tested. The developed blended yarn can expand protective fabric's functions and improve its wearability.
