在新农村建设的大背景下，对我国农业景观的科学内涵进行界定，对农业景观特征和面临的问题与挑战进行分析。针对新农村建设规划的需要和我国农业景观特征，提出了一种乡村尺度的农业景观规划方法体系，从农业生产景观、农业服务设施景观、农村聚落景观和农业生态景观等分别进行统筹规划和总体布局。

This paper aimed to define the scientific connotation of Chinese agricultural landscape and analyzed the features and issues and chal- lenges of agricultural landscape under the background of new countryside construction. According to the requirements for the planning of new country- side construction and the agricultural landscape characteristics in China, this paper proposed a planning methodology of agricultural landscape at rural scale. In the planning contents, the four types of agricultural production landscape, agricultural ecological landscape, rural settlement landscape and agricultural service and facility landscape were mainly planned. At last, the overall layout maps of the agricultural landscape planning were made in the regions.
