基于模糊数学理论,利用AHP法建立影响评价对象雷灾风险的因素集并确定各因素的权重。在此基础上,将评价对象雷灾风险状况划分为安全、基本安全、危险、极度危险4个等级,并邀请建筑雷灾风险评估专家对各影响因素进行测评定级,进而计算出每个指标的隶属度,实现了雷灾风险评价由定性向定量的转化,建立了既有普通建筑雷灾风险多级模糊综合评价模型。为了验证该评价模型的评判效果,选取东莞某科技研发大楼进行雷灾风险评判,将评判结果与《雷电防护第2部分:风险管理》(GB/T21714.2—2008)评判结果对比,二者结果保持一致,表明该方法可以用作既有普通建筑的雷灾风险评价。
Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, a set which contains some risk influence factors of lightning disaster is established and the weight of each factor is determined by using AHP method. On this basis,the risk status of lightning disaster is classified into four grades:safety,mainly safety, dangerous and extremely dangerous ,and some lightning disaster risk assessment experts are invited to assess the levels of these indicators,and then the membership of each index are calculated,the transformation from qualitative to quantitative is realized and the risk assessment model of lightning disaster about existing ordinary buildings based on fuzzy mathematics theory is established. The risk assessment of lightning disaster about a science and technology R & D building in Dongguan is chosen to verify the effect of the evaluation model, and the assessment result is compared with the result which bases on “Protection against lightning-Part 2:Risk management ”(GB/T21714.2 -2008 ). Comparison shows that the two results are consistent,so the method can be used as a risk assessment method of lightning disaster about existing ordinary buildings.
