Along with the development of information technology and the reinforcement of subject construction in higher colleges, higher college libraries should innovate on service models to carry out subject service. This paper made an introduction to the importance of constructing literature resource in subject service of university library and the concrete contents of subject resource construction, and presented some measures for perfecting literature resource construction.
