对钼精矿真空分解过程进行了热力学分析.结果表明,在分解温度1 500~1 800℃、炉内压力0.1~100 Pa条件下钼精矿内的各种含硫化合物都能实现分解或升华,主物相MoS2遵循逐级分解规律,PbS、As2S3直接变为气态挥发,SnS2、Bi2S3分解和挥发的可能性都有,CuS较容易分解为Cu2S,但Cu2S分解需要更高的温度和更低的压力.
Thermal decomposition process of molybdenum concentrate in vacuum was thermodynamically analyzed. The results show that sulfur compounds in.molybdenum concentrate can decompose or sublimate under the conditions of temperature of 1 500 ~ 1 800 ℃and furnace pressure of 0.1 ~ 100 Pa. Decomposition of MoS2 (main phase of molybdenum concentrate) follows stepwise principle. PbS and As2S3 can directly volatile into gas, but SnS2 and Bi2S3 may decompose and evaporate. It is easy for CuS to decompose to Cu2S, while it is difficult for Cu2S to decompose; which calls for higher temperature and lower pressure.
