Kimura disease is also known as eosinophilic lymphogranuloma, and mostly shown as painless mass in head and neck. Kimura is a rare disease of unknown aetiology, and the disease course goes slowly. At early stage, it is easy to be ignored or misdiagnosed for its asymptomatisch. Clinicians are to lay enough importance to the etiology, pathology, clini- cal manifestation, imaging changes, treatment and differential diagnosis of Kimura disease.
