家具产业是江西省赣南地区三大支柱型产业之一，在转型升级过程中，生产环节不合理所带来的影响逐步加大。选取863家主营业务在10077元以上的家具企业进行调研，分析家具企业的工艺编排、工人操作、生产浪费、环境污染等环节，发现了工艺编排不合理、操作机器不当、生产浪费明显、环境污染严重等问题，提出了优化生产工艺、提高操作水平、加强系统管理、改善厂内环境等措施和生产环节未来的发展思路。

Furniture industry is one of the three pillar industries in Jiangxi Gannan region, in the process of transformation and upgrading, the effects of unreasonable production gradually increased.Selecting 863 furniture enterprises main business to study, stating the analysis of the furniture enterprise process layout, the workers operation, production waste and environmental pollution, the process layout is unreasonable, the production waste obviously, serious environmental pollution and other issues were found, put forward the optimization of production technology, improving the level of operation, strengthening the system management, and improve the plant environment measures and development direction of the production process in the future.
