As to the debate on the function mechanism of social network upon creativity, this essay asserts creativity should be divided into two different innovation pattern, derived from the March＇s research. Both from the network respectively exploitation innovation and exploration innovation structure and network content aspects, our theory model in- vestigates and analyzes the mechanism of social network on creativity that how can we protect the durative creativity, this paper explores the Further more, according to the theory question dynamic evolution of social network and asserts that during the process of the small world network emergent, both group and individual＇s creativity will be enhanced.
