以组织合法性及利益相关者理论为基础,系统探索了绿色创业影响员工组织承诺的机制路径,并抽取了279名广州地区在读MBA学生为研究样本进行实证检验。研究显示:绿色创业能够对员工组织承诺(情感承诺、规范承诺和继续承诺)产生积极影响;员工企业伦理感知对绿色创业影响其组织承诺起到完全中介作用;绿色创业对各组织承诺变量的影响没有显著性差异。此外,还从绿色创业性质、重视管理沟通以及平衡绿色创业对企业内外的综合性影响等方面给出了绿色创业管理建议,以推动企业采取绿色创业行动实现绿色化转型。
Based on organizational legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory in CSR research, this study explored the influence of green entrepreneurship(GE) on employee's organizational commitment with 279 part time MBA students sampled in Guangzhou. The results showed that GE had a positive impact on employee organizational commitment significantly, including affective, normative and con- tinuance commitment, employee ethical perception about GE companies performed as a fully mediating variable,and the influence of GE on organizational commitment was comprehensively. In addition, some practical advice is given correspondingly to motivate present companies to undertake GE activi- ties and make themselves green, including reconsidering GE attribute, communication management and it's comprehensive affect on all stakeholders.
