由于酸性溶液的强腐蚀性和阳极放氧的强氧化性,使得钛基氧化铅涂层电极的钛基体在使用过程中易发生钝化,氧化铅活性层易脱落,导致电极的电催化活性低、使用寿命短等问题.在钛基体和活性层之间加入中间层不仅能与二者形成固溶体,提高电极的导电性;而且中间层的晶粒均匀细小,能有效阻止酸性溶液经活性层表面空隙到达钛基体表面发生钝化,延长电极的使用寿命.综述了国内外钛基氧化铅涂层电极中间层的选配、在电极中的作用以及对电极电化学性能的影响,并指出未来中间层研究中需要注意的问题和发展趋势.
Due to the acid solution's highly corrosive and oxidizing, the Ti substrate of Ti-based lead oxide coa- ting electrode were prone to passivation and the active layer were easy to fall off, which lead to electrode's catalytic ac- tivity was low and service 1Ke was short. The intermediate layer could combine titanium and lead oxide successfully, and its small grains were advantageous to delay the passivation of titanium. Those aspects were conducive to improve catalytic performance and service life. The option of intermediate layer and its effect on Ti-based lead oxide coating electrode are summarized,and finaly the trends and problems that need to be paid attention in the future are pointed out.
