根据目镜光学系统原理,采用ZEMAX软件来确定3D虚拟头盔光学显示系统的结构设计方法研究和性能优化。给出了具体设计实例,设计结果表明,3D虚拟头盔光学系统的总长小于49mm、垂轴像差小于60μm、轴向球差小于0.1mm、倍率色差小于20μm、场曲小于0.4mm、畸变小于5%、MTF在30lp/mm大于0.32,总体质量满足3D虚拟头盔显示器的要求。
The method to design 3D virtual helmet display optical system is presented based on the software of ZEMAX and the properties of eyepiece. A design example is given. The result shows that the total length of the optical system is less than 49 mm, the lateral aberration less than 60 μm, axial spherical aberration less than 0.1 mm, the lateral chromatic aberration less than 20 μm, field curvature less than 0.4 mm, distortion less than 5%.
