分析预张力结构施工张拉过程中的误差特点,基于ANSYS软件数值模拟及模型试验,通过调整杆件长度和同时调整外圈拉索长度模拟杆件长度误差及支座节点径向位置偏差来分析结构误差敏感性。研究表明,不同构件具有不同的长度误差敏感性,本结构中环索误差敏感性最强,桅杆最弱,脊索拉索居中;支座节点径向误差较杆件长度偏差具有更为显著的误差敏感性,其误差效应相当于将外圈拉索分别伸长相同长度引起的索内力偏差之和;试验结果与ANSYS理论分析结果基本接近。
The construction error characteristic and allowance range of the prestressing structure was analyzed and then the error sensitivity of element length error and joints position error were studied by the ANSYS software numerical simulation and model experiment respectively,where the element length error was simulated by imposing the temperature action on every member. The study results indicated that different elements had different length error sensitivity. The error sensitivity of the hoop cable was the most sensitive,that of the ridge cables and diagonal cables were lower and the struts were the lowest. The error sensitivity of the joint position was more obvious than that of the element length error sensitivity.The experimental results performed almost consistent with the theoretical results.
