设计并合成了一种具有特定结构的新型聚合物:聚乙二醇一胆酸(PEG-CA),并分别采用核磁共振、红外光谱等表征手段确定聚合物的结构,然后通过Zeta-Plus电位粒径仪测得其自组装后胶束的粒径大小及分布。最后测定了聚乙二醇一胆酸(PEG-CA)胶束负载阿霉素(DOX)的载药量。实验结果表明聚合物聚乙二醇一胆酸(PEG-CA)具有作为纳米药物载体的药物输送的潜在应用。
The diblock copolymer of Poly ( ethylene glycol) -Cholic acid (PEG-CA) was synthesized and assembled to a novel polymeric micelles for drug delivery. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and infrared (FFIR) spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure of the polymer. Particle size and distri- bution of the self-assembled micelles were measured using Zeta-Plus particle size analyzer. The Doxorubi- tin (DOX) loading capacity of PEG-CA micelles was evaluated and potential ability for drug delivery in future clinical practice.
