Corresponding author.Yuhong Wang was born in 1979. He received the B.S. degree from Zhengzhou Institute of Aeronautical Industry Management, China, in 2003. Then he received his M.S. degree and Ph.D. degree from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2006 and 2010, respectively, both majored in manage- ment science and engineering. He is also a joint-training Ph.D. student at the University of Arkansas from 2008 to 2009 sponsored by China Scholarship Council. Now he is an associate professor in School of Business, Jiangnan University, China. His research interests are in the area of grey systems theory and its applications in reliability, uncertain prediction and decision-making analysis. He received his Ph.D. degree majored in management science and engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in 2005. Now he is the department head of management science and engineering. And he also serves the vice oresi-dent of Institute of Grey Systems Studies.
